Project Title and Overview
Project Report On Career Guidance & Startups
It is clear that Career successful on Education are valued extremely highly. In this competitive environment it is of utmost important for the students to be rational concerning about the each and every aspect of career of the upcoming generation in order to take any decision which would further foster the growth and development of the company. And for doing so, they must have the holistic view of all the marketing strategies, so by considering the future responsibility of us; we have made fine efforts to make qualitative research on Students Future.
As a part of our research project we found it relay tough and interesting task to analyze “Customer Satisfaction towards students Career Guidance."
Section-2
Purpose and Need
The purpose of a service-based business website is to convince website visitors that they should become customers of the service company. This is done by positioning the company as a dependable, trustworthy and experienced service provider in the target market.A website is not really about the thing that you’re selling or the information you are presenting.
Nor is it about you or your company.
A website is about your prospect and their needs. And communicating in a clear, specific and persuasive manner to their needs.
Here’s how I think of a website. There is a specific person with a specific problem looking to fill a specific need.
Section-3
Benefits and Costs
This biggest deciding factor for many of our clients when choosing a website developer is cost. Every responsible company has a budget and websites likely fall into the marketing or technology portion of that budget. Why wouldn't it when most people use the internet to find goods or services more and more each day. The question is how much of your budget should be dedicated to your website and what is the Cost/Benefit analysis?
The answer is not so simple. The first question we ask is, "What do you want your website to do for you?" Will it simply tell people about your business, its services, and how to contact you? Will your website be the ecommerce side of your store to sell your products online? Perhaps your business needs a dynamic web-based application to communicate with your customers and provide some of your services directly over the web. The more you want from your website the higher your website budget should be. Your budget should not just be your monetary cost as well, but also your time commitment and staff responsibilities as well. Plan ahead properly and your website will have a greater chance of being a success.
The next stage is to choose a web developer and determine their cost versus your value. Every goal for any website is a return on investment (ROI). Many web marketing companies center around this goal and rightfully so. Companies like WSI in Plainfield, IL understand that you should get out of your website what you should put in. This is where the old adage comes in, "You get what you pay for." If you find a cheap solution for your website at low-cost chances are you get a cheap website with low resources. If you find a solution with a greater cost than your budget there is a good chance you are getting more than you need. Always aim for an itemized quote and don't be afraid to shop around and check references and portfolios of web development companies like Anttix. We encourage our potential clients to ask questions so we can provide fair quotes for only the services they need. It is very important to know what you are getting and what you are paying for.
Finally, you should expect ongoing costs to maintain and improve your website over time. There are subscription costs such as hosting, domain registration, and email services that you will likely pay month-to-month to maintain your services online. From time to time you may need your developer's help to update your site or add new and dynamic content. It is a good practice to figure out a monthly budget for website costs or factor it into your monthly marketing budget. An up-to-date and active website is a successful one. Budget your time, staff, and costs for your website month-to-month and expect better results. A site that is created once and left alone rarely does your investment any good.
Section-4
Implementation Methods
Implementation is the process of building the web according to its design. A web implementor creates hypertext markup language (HTML), Common Gateway Interface (CGI) programs, and/or Java scripts and/or applets.

Software Requirements:
• Operating System - Windows 8.1 or higher

Software Environment:
HTML or Hypertext Markup Language is the standard markup language used to create web pages.
HTML was created in 1991 by Tim Berners-Lee at CERN in Switzerland. It was designed to allow scientists to display and share their research.
HTML is written in the form of HTML elements consisting of tags enclosed in angle brackets (like <html>). HTML tags most commonly come in pairs like <h1> and </h1>, although some tags represent empty elements and so are unpaired, for example <img>. The first tag in a pair is the start tag, and the second tag is the end tag (they are also called opening tags and closing tags).
The purpose of a web browser is to read HTML documents and compose them into visible or audible web pages. The browser does not display the HTML tags, but uses the tags to interpret the content of the page. HTML describes the structure of a website semantically along with cues for presentation, making it a markup language rather than a programming language.
HTML elements form the building blocks of all websites. HTML allows images and objects to be embedded and can be used to create interactive forms. It provides a means to create structured documents by denoting structural semantics for text such as headings, paragraphs, lists, links, quotes and other items. It can embed scripts written in languages such as Java Script which affect the behavior of HTML web pages.
HTML is descriptive markup language. Library of various markup languages is defined in various browsers.
a) HTML Images - The <img> Tag and the Src Attribute
In HTML, images are defined with the <img> tag.
The <img> tag is empty, which means that it contains attributes only, and has no closing tag.
To display an image on a page, you need to use the src attribute. Src stands for "source". The value of the src attribute is the URL of the image you want to display.
Syntax for defining an image:
<imgsrc="url" alt="some_text">
b) HTML FORMS
HTML forms are used to pass data to a server.
An HTML form can contain input elements like text fields, checkboxes, radio-buttons, submit buttons and more. A form can also contain select lists, textarea, fieldset, legend, and label elements.
c) Image tag (<img>):
To add an image to an HTML document, we just need to include an <img> tag with a
Reference to the desired image. The <img> tag is an empty element i.e. it doesn’t require a closing tag and we can use it to include from small icons to large images.
Syntax: <imgsrc=”URL” alt=”alternative text”>
- #1 – Domain Name.
A domain name is your website name. A domain name is the address where Internet users can access your website. A domain name is used for finding and identifying computers on the Internet. Computers use IP addresses, which are a series of number. However, it is difficult for humans to remember strings of numbers.
- #2 – Business Email Address.

Website design and HTML editor system that contains SEO, email campaigns and newsletters, responsive form themes, and layout maker.
- #4 – Website Hosting.
A web hosting service is a type of Internet hosting service that allows individuals and organizations to make their website accessible via the World Wide Web.Web hosts are companies that provide space on a server owned or leased for use by clients, as well as providing Internet connectivity, typically in a data center. Web hosts can also provide data center space and connectivity to the Internet for other servers located in their data center, called colocation, also known as Housing in Latin America or France.
Smaller Hosting Services :-
Transfer Protocol (FTP) or a Web interface. The files are usually delivered to the Web "as is" or with minimal processing. Many Internet service providers (ISPs) offer this service free to subscribers. Individuals and organizations may also obtain Web page hosting from alternative service providers.
Free web hosting service is offered by different companies with limited services, sometimes supported by advertisements, and often limited when compared to paid hosting.
Single page hosting is generally sufficient for personal web pages. Personal web site hosting is typically free, advertisement-sponsored, or inexpensive. Business website hosting often has a higher expense depending upon the size and type of the site.
Larger Hosting Services :-
Many large companies that are not Internet service providers need to be permanently connected to the web to send email, files, etc. to other sites. The company may use the computer as a website host to provide details of their goods and services and facilities for online orders.
A complex site calls for a more comprehensive package that provides database support and application development platforms (e.g. ASP.NET, ColdFusion, Java EE, Perl/Plack, PHP or Ruby on Rails). These facilities allow customers to write or install scripts for applications like forums and content management. Also, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is typically used for websites that wish to keep the data transmitted more secure.
TYPES OF HOSTINGS
1.Shared Web Hosting Service :-
One's website is placed on the same server as many other sites, ranging from a few sites to hundreds of websites. Typically, all domains may share a common pool of server resources, such as RAM and the CPU. The features available with this type of service can be quite basic and not flexible in terms of software and updates. Resellers often sell shared web hosting and web companies often have reseller accounts to provide hosting for clients.
2.Reseller Web Hosting :-
Allows clients to become web hosts themselves. Resellers could function, for individual domains, under any combination of these listed types of hosting, depending on who they are affiliated with as a reseller. Resellers' accounts may vary tremendously in size: they may have their own virtual dedicated server to a colocated server. Many resellers provide a nearly identical service to their provider's shared hosting plan and provide the technical support themselves.
3.Virtual Dedicated Server :-
Also known as a Virtual Private Server (VPS), divides server resources into virtual servers, where resources can be allocated in a way that does not directly reflect the underlying hardware. VPS will often be allocated resources based on a one server to many VPSs relationship, however virtualisation may be done for a number of reasons, including the ability to move a VPS container between servers. The users may have root access to their own virtual space. Customers are sometimes responsible for patching and maintaining the server (unmanaged server) or the VPS provider may provide server admin tasks for the customer (managed server).
4. Dedicated hosting Server :-
The user gets his or her own Web server and gains full control over it (user has root access for Linux/administrator access for Windows); however, the user typically does not own the server. One type of dedicated hosting is self-managed or unmanaged. This is usually the least expensive for dedicated plans. The user has full administrative access to the server, which means the client is responsible for the security and maintenance of his own dedicated server.
5.Managed hosting Server :-
The user gets his or her own Web server but is not allowed full control over it (user is denied root access for Linux/administrator access for Windows); however, they are allowed to manage their data via FTP or other remote management tools. The user is disallowed full control so that the provider can guarantee quality of service by not allowing the user to modify the server or potentially create configuration problems. The user typically does not own the server. The server is leased to the client.
6.Cloud hosting :-
This is a new type of hosting platform that allows customers powerful, scalable and reliable hosting based on clustered load-balanced servers and utility billing. A cloud hosted website may be more reliable than alternatives since other computers in the cloud can compensate when a single piece of hardware goes down. Also, local power disruptions or even natural disasters are less problematic for cloud hosted sites, as cloud hosting is decentralized. Cloud hosting also allows providers to charge users only for resources consumed by the user, rather than a flat fee for the amount the user expects they will use, or a fixed cost upfront hardware investment. Alternatively, the lack of centralization may give users less control on where their data is located which could be a problem for users with data security or privacy concerns.
- #5 – Website Template Design.
Templates is specially created to promote creativity and originality. Also, website templates designs are fully customizable and flexible, allowing you to implement your own ideas and vision.

- #6 – Logo Design.
A logo is a graphic mark, emblem, or symbol used to aid and promote public identification and recognition. It may be of an abstract or figurative design or include the text of the name it represents as in a wordmark.
- #7 – High-Quality Images for Website.
1. JPG is perhaps the most common image format used on the web. ...
2. PNG is another very common and versatile image format found on the
web today.
3. GIF is a growing force on the web now.
4. TIF is known as the highest quality image format, is best used for commercial print work and shouldn't be used on the web.
- #8 – Image Editors.
Image editing encompasses the processes of altering images, whether they are
Digital photographs, traditional photo-chemical photographs, or illustrations.

Background
History
Web design has come a long way since its beginning, especially in terms of styling. Take a look at a website from 10 years ago and compare it to one from today. The differences are enormous. One of the major changes you will notice is the background. Today, backgrounds are one of the core features that determine how visually interesting a website is. The background holds the theme of the website, and there are a vast amount of possibilities when designing a website background. This article goes over the best practices and popular trends of backgrounds in the current stage of innovative Web design
An Survey by ‘me with an experience of 20 years at social network! Inc.’ as per the official website, No wonder, the success of IT-STUDENTS is much greater (in terms of number of normal students) .It is supported by many platforms – Finance,Career, Startups etc. It has even managed to enter the territory of higher companies, which is otherwise difficult to cross for a non- application.
‘Our plan’, the on-going homonym pun, somehow makes it easier for the youth to connect with social network and try to make it easier.
From being a multi-purpose, user-friendly, connectivity application to allowing sharing of not only knowledge but also images, audio files and videos, WhatsApp is a rage. The reason is pretty obvious – From downloading it to using it !
It demands of web developer, to be in use. Just out of curiosity.
Section-7
Technical
Technical is a concept in programming that reflects the extra development work that arises when code that is easy to implement in the short run is used instead of applying the best overall solution.Technical is commonly associated with extreme programming, especially in the context of refactoring. That is, it implies that restructuring existing code
(refactoring) is required as part of the development process. Under this line of thinking refactoring is not only a result of poorly written code, but is also done based on an evolving understanding of a problem and the best way to solve that problem.
Technical may also be known as design.a programmer who is also known for developing the first wiki.Technical is a metaphor that equates software development to financial . Imagine that you have a project that has two potential options. One is quick and easy but will require modification in the future. The other has a better design, but will take more time to implement. In development, releasing code as a quick and easy approach is like incurring - it comes with the obligation of interest, which, for technical , comes in the form of extra work in the future. Taking the time to refactor is equivalent to paying down principal. While this takes time in the short run, it also decreases future interest payments..
Section-8
Conclusion
This module gave a fundamental understanding of the models that were introduced in the first course of this series, Web Site Planning Models.
You will see both models applied throughout this course, as a way of making the complex concepts of Web development concrete.
In addition, it is hoped that WebTeam continues to put a human face on the Web development process.
You will begin learning about planning a Web deployment in the next module, which introduces network architecture, the fourth layer of the Web Interaction Model.
Although the standards are not yet fully supported by all browsers in all circumstances, creating standards-compatible pages is the best way to ensure good rendering. As always, learning to use new technologies will take some time and will give you some challenges. Nonetheless the results will be well worth the investment.
Big companies are just starting to realize the tangible benefits from the technological investments they made in the past couple of years. Spending money on things that save money is a specialty of American business. This country does not manufacture a whole lot as a result of globalization, but it has the best people working to make sure that imports are delivered cheaply and on time. This is not the ideal scenario where
everyone ends up wealthy at the end of the day, but in the evening consumers will be able to receive more rest.
Design Checklist
- BUDGET: What is the client's budget? The clearer this is, the more helpful it will be for everybody.
- DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: If a website is needed, how many pages and what features are required?
Will an email marketing template also be needed, or company branded banners for social media pages? Decide on the full scope of the project before starting. - PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT: What is the goal of this design project?
- TARGET MARKET: Who are you trying to reach with this design project or campaign?
- DEADLINE: Set a deadline and allow plenty of time (weeks or months) for the design work to be done.
- HIGH QUALITY IMAGES: For logos, a vector format (.eps or .ai) is required. For photographs, a high resolution (300 dpi - dots per inch) is ideal.
- CONTENT: Text, images, video, infographics and any other content should be provided in its final form early in the life of the design project.
- COPYRIGHT INFORMATION FOR CONTENT: Who owns the content, what permission has been obtained to use it, and will attribution be required?
- SAMPLES OF PREVIOUS DESIGN WORK: How will this design project need to comply to the company's style guide? What has the client done in the past, and will this project reflect past designs or take a new path?
